Williams Family Christmas Card 2022!
Merry Christmas from our family to yours! It's been a busy year, here's a little recap of what everyone's been up to...
Adrian: working, occasionally traveling for work, loves his calling in the Primary as music leader, and is now a co-owner of a 1966 Corvette with his Dad. Not sure how he talked me into that one, but they seem to be having a lot of fun with it.Jessica: really looking forward to having a NEW KITCHEN! Still blogging and just doing my best to keep up with the kids. It's a full time job these days!
Thomas: This was a BIG year for Thomas! He submitted his mission papers, graduated high school, got his call to Rosario, Argentina, started home MTC (Missionary Training Center) for a couple weeks, then did the rest in Mexico. After a month he was off to Argentina! His first area was in Pergamino. He just barely transferred to San Martin, which is close to central Rosario. He is thriving and we absolutely love talking to him every week.
Hailey: Off to high school she goes! Well, 10th grade at least, which is high school where we are. She's taking some interesting classes, including AP Biology & AP History...and is killing it! When Thomas left we shuffled rooms and she now has her OWN ROOM! It's been fun decorating, painting, etc. She turns 16 in a few weeks and is all set to get her drivers license. Watch out world, here she comes!
Colin: This kid NEVER stops moving! Sports he's played in this year alone- basketball, track, 7-on-7 football, tackle football, and more basketball. Did I miss one, I feel like I missed one. He's in 8th grade and excels at school despite wishing he never had to go to school. Ha! He's growing so fast I can't keep up with him, and he's sooo close to being taller than I am. Not yet though!
Leah: Loves 5th grade and her teacher, voracious reader and needs a new show to watch on Netflix. (One can only watch Bunked, Fuller House & Just Add Magic so many times.) She's on the Silver/ Gold Xcel gymnastics team and her first meet is tomorrow! Exciting! She's just recently gotten her kip (a bar mount) and is still trying to master her back walkover on beam. It's scary! And amazing.
Adam: is so quiet lately sometimes you forget he's there... until you realize all the snacks are gone from the pantry and there's a trail of trash leading to his gaming desk. Oh there he is! Ha! He loves playing flag football and recently added basketball to the mix. His team is playing in 2 leagues this winter, so if you need me, I'll be in my van. He and Colin upgraded rooms during the room shuffle and they got the BIG room. So they got a free standing basketball hoop of course. You can hear Adam in there playing anytime he's not eating.
It's been a wild, busy year for our family. We are tremendously grateful for our faith and for the blessings we enjoy. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
~ Jessica
